Inklectic Wedding Photography & Stationary is seeking an intern for a multi-faceted internship designed to give the candidate an in-depth, hands-on experience in the creative field that can work efficiently, is eager to prove themselves, has fresh style & ideas, and has a breadth of portrait & Wedding Photography.

The candidate will see all aspects of what I do from:

1. Marketing and advertising for future clients
2. Social networking blogging about shoot
3. the planning and implementation of shoots;
4. storyboard process;
5. retouching; file delivery; workflow management;
6. research AND
7. to being hands on, on-set during shoots

An Ideal Internship:

This position requires one part skill and one part savvy. We are seeking the best. Ideal candidates are undergraduate students seeking a career in Marketing, Computer Graphics, Photography, etc. This is an UN-Paid {experiencing building} Internship.  Due to the nature of the business, all work will need to be done primarily during normal business hours though meetings will be after normal business hours. The position starts immediately. Flexible schedule is a must.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

* Assist with development of strategic PR and marketing plans and social networking
* Assist team with public relations and new business research
* Participate in helping execute exclusive business deals
*Keeping and organizing, run errands, print jobs, and other various duties assigned.

*The ideal intern candidate to be creative, have design capabilities, excellent knowledge of Photoshop CS3 and higher, must have own a PC or a Mac laptop with Photoshop.

*Design & Layout skills - must provide a portfolio of samples

*Strong attention to details, punctual, focused, has affinity for love and portrait photography and must have a basic understanding of photography

*Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Team-oriented -- able to take the lead on relevant projects

*Social, well-connected students who are outgoing and well spoken, but not overbearing

*Administrative work, web design

*Internet research skills, email and social media sites such as twitter and facebook

*Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task

***Must be able to meet deadlines***

The ideal candidate will be a self-confident, self-motivated, creative individual possessing strong verbal and written communication skills and an exceptional attention to detail.

JOB DUTIES

Photo retouching, workflow management and file delivery to clients

Pulling digital tears from internet; research as necessary locations, trends: hair, makeup, advancing tools & techniques

Responding to emails & phone calls

Address requests for material, contact modeling agencies, PR firms, industry professionals

Update social networking sites

General research and phone calls as needed

Assist with designing and laying out storyboards

Hands-on during concept development

{In studio duties} - General assistance to photographer, equipment pick-up [possible]
