Field Operator at The Nine-Tenths Group

Field Operator Intern

Field Operators are a direct report to the Chief Operating Officer.  Field Operators are responsible for the following:

• Distribute publicity materials for all Nine-Tenths events according to established schedule
• Keep an updated record of contacts made during publicity distribution
• Volunteer at all Nine-Tenths Group events. Volunteer duties include, but not limited to, overseeing admission, overseeing raffle and door prizes, overseeing coat check
• Attend weekly staff meeting

Field Operator Interns must meet the following requirements:

• Must be able to commit to volunteering for at least 1 full semester (Aug-Dec, Jan-May, June-Aug)
• Must possess excellent time management  and problem solving skills
• Must possess excellent customer service
• Must possess reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• RECOMMENDED: be working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, public affairs or any related field

This is a Part-time internship offered for a term of 3 to 4 Months
