Program Content Designer Internship for Health and Medicine at COSI - Center of Science and Industry - Columbus, Ohio
Expires March 16, 2012I. OBJECTIVE:Support COSI's mission by providing quality educational programs with a focus on science discovery and learning at COSI. This includes primary responsibility for planning and designing the creative process for health and medicine related educational programs. II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Under the supervision of the Director of Program Content Design, the Program Content Developer duties may include:
- Research, test, and evaluate potential health and medicine related activities and demonstrations for the Experience and Programs Divisions.
- Develop appropriate experiences for a variety of audiences and ages.
- Research programs offered at other institutions across the world.
- Background in health or medicine.
- Background in education or an interest in teaching children
- Strong research and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to prioritize, balance, and meet multiple goals/projects.
This is a Short-term internship offered for a term of 3 to 4 Months
