Summary:e-Cycle Incorporated, based in Dublin, Ohio, is an entrepreneurial company who is the industry leader in Cell Phone Recycling. We currently have an immediate career opportunity for a Cell Phone Technician. The primary responsibility of this position is to test cell phones and smartphones from multiple manufacturers while ensuring that corporate quality standards are achieved. Working technical knowledge of cell phones and smart phones is a necessity. Key Responsibilities:· Troubleshoot and test used cell phones and smartphones (i.e. Blackberry’s, Treo’s).· Functional and cosmetic evaluation of cell phones and smartphones. · Receive, Sort, Recycle, Test and Ship used cell phones and smartphones. · Maintain high-quality performance and testing levels.· Maintain a clean and organized work environment.· Any other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: · Customer Service or cell phone experience with Verizon Wireless, Cingular/AT&T, Sprint/Nextel, or T-Mobile is preferred.· High School Diploma or equivalent; some college or college degree preferred.· Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills.· Must have basic computer skills including competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.· Must be highly reliable and pay high attention to detail.· The ability to resolve problems and insure quality with a minimum amount of supervision is essential.· Understand basic terminologies for wireless products.· Light to heavy lifting required in a warehouse environment.
