Job Reference Number: CoOp5767 Support the Marysville Auto Plant Stamping department by assisting with development and implementation of a PC based system using RFID tags to identify and track competent person Fall Protection Inspections. Review existing equipment and assist the EH&S (Environmental Health and Safety) Coordinator with the specifications for new equipment for the department (including equipment control/management systems). Assist with updated ergonomic evaluations for new model and RDX processes. Document findings in current tracking system for reporting and tracking purposes. Assist in the evaluation of proposed '09 TL model processes to minimize incoming ergonomic risks. Assist with Glove Specifications and trials for more cut resistant gloves for Stamping and Plastics processes where cut injuries are more prevalent. Assist with LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) vs. Alternative Protection reviews for "Routine vs. Non Routine" activities as they pertain to production and maintenance. Review documentation in operations standards to ensure proper LOTO and/or alternative protection. Review alternative protection procedures and update as necessary to ensure compliance with company policies.
